The following terms and conditions govern Price Match Guarantee ("Price Match Guarantee"):

• A Price Match Guarantee purchase gives the purchaser the ability to initiate a price check with Morrison Monuments at the time of purchase by bringing in a competitor’s quote.

• A proper quote must be on a competitor’s letterhead or equivalent documentation. It must be given to Morrison Monuments within 90 days of the original quote. If the quote is past 90 days it will be deemed void of the Price Match Guarantee.

• A “Price Check” determines if there is an exact comparable quote to the monument chosen by the purchaser. The comparable guidelines include: granite/bronze color, monument size, accessories, and granite quality. All guidelines must match in order for the monument to be deemed “similar” to the competitor’s quote.

• If a Price Check identifies a lower price with the exact comparables, then the purchaser will receive a “Price Match” to the lower price.

• The Price Match Guarantee is only applicable at the time of purchase. It cannot be granted after the monument has been purchased, produced, or installed.
