The following terms and conditions govern Money Back Guarantee:

• The Money Back Guarantee ensures that all purchasers of a Morrison Monuments memorial are entitled full and complete satisfaction of the purchase agreed upon in the signed contract at the time of purchase.

• The Money Back Guarantee requires notification from the purchaser to Morrison Monuments within 30 days of the installation of the monument into the cemetery. Any notifications outside of this time-frame will be deemed void of the Money Back Guarantee.

• The satisfaction of the customer will be determined by the following guidelines. Did Morrison Monuments order the following:

  • Promised granite color

  • Approved artwork

  • Approved finish to memorial: ie. Polish, rock pitch, steeled, etc.

  • Any approved accessories to the monument, including but not limited to vases, pictures, bronze, statuary, etc.

• The Money Back Guarantee is not bound to the “estimated” time-frame of production. Due to the nature of production and the presence of third party suppliers, the Money Back Guarantee cannot be used in grievance to the established “estimated” time at the initiation of the contract.

• If the customer has a grievance within the above stated guidelines, Morrison Monuments will first try to correct any established issues. If a resolution cannot be established, then Morrison Monuments will refund the customer in full any monies received by Morrison Monuments used for the production of the monument.

• Foundation/Cemetery fees will not be returned to the customer. The cemetery, as a third party vendor, must be contacted if there are any issues with the foundation or cemetery work.
